突破傳統感測裝置的限制,本研究運用全3D列印製程,開發出「多尺度3D列印可撓式觸覺感測器」。此技術能緊密貼合複雜曲面,應用於穿戴式裝置上,可即時回饋動作與壓力資訊,適用於運動訓練、健康監控與復健輔助等領域。感測器以柔性材料構築可撓曲結構,不僅降低製造門檻,亦可依需求進行客製化設計。未來更可延伸至軟體機器人與智慧義肢等多元應用,為人機互動與智慧醫療領域開啟更多可能。此外,研究亦將柔性感測器與羽毛球拍握把結合,能即時量測手部動作與施力分佈,有助於提升訓練效率並預防運動傷害。
Breaking through the limitations of traditional sensing devices, this study employs a fully 3D-printed fabrication process to develop a multiscale 3D-printed flexible tactile sensor. The technology can conform closely to complex curved surfaces and be integrated into wearable devices, providing real-time feedback on motion and pressure. It is applicable to areas such as sports training, health monitoring, and rehabilitation assistance.Constructed from flexible materials, the sensor features a bendable structure that not only lowers manufacturing barriers but can also be customized according to specific requirements. In the future, this technology can be extended to diverse applications such as soft robotics and intelligent prosthetic feedback systems, opening new possibilities in human–machine interaction and smart healthcare.In addition, the flexible sensor has been integrated into a badminton racket handle to measure hand movements and force distribution in real time, thereby improving training efficiency and helping to prevent sports injuries.
